I am writing this letter in recommendation of John Honeycutt for the receipt of the West Stanly High School Alumni Scholarship. I have supervised John for two years now as a part-time employee with our Parks and Recreation Department. Through his involvement with the Locust community, he has proven to be a truly valuable asset to the department. John is extremely reliable, trustworthy, and willing to take on new challenges in order to accomplish a set goal. During my time of knowing John, he has organized and managed our main concession stand as well as the park itself.
