I knew how to use excel, but getting used to John Hancock's new technolgy took a while. I reasearched videos on the default website on tech tv and seen ways to use technology. I also took time to analyze the information I was inputing because it did seem to get repeatitive, and learning this helped save time. I took a class at John Hancock to better myself at excel and now I feel like I can use my new skills to better organize and do a good analysis on my work. I have been reading a book given to me by my teacher at Fisher College and have been doing a little more reasearch on how to do project management. I'm trying to use all of the resources around me to to do a better job.
