As time went on here at John Hancock I grew more attached to the workspace. I want to have a leading role here at this work place. I try to overcome my shyness and get atleast one or two words at a meeting or I try to conversate and help my co-workers in their work if I can. I do not mind having my hands full since I am used to multitasking. I look at the building across 197 claredon and think of the leaders it took to make this company rise to were it is today.
