Green was born in Indiana, from his parents Mike and Sydney Green. Three weeks after he was born his family moved to Michigan, then later Alabama, then finally Florida. He attended lake Highland preparatory school, as he also attended many other schools but he had used these schools for the ideas of his famous book Looking For Alaska. Green then graduated from Kenyon College with a double major in English and Religion studies. John Green like many other kids at that age in time was bullied and talked about how his teenage life was miserable. After theses events he had studied at the Nationwide children's Hospital. He worked with many children who had been very ill, this had led to him later on writing the book The Fault In Our Stars. …show more content…
Its a very inspirational book about two lovers and the effect an ill ness can have upon your family and what problems it can cause with your life. The book has touched many hearts and has also effected the literature community as he was highly rewarded for his success with many awards.

Interesting things about John Green is that TFIOS was originally not going to be wrote by him in the first place. He had explained how it was very hard to make a Hollywood story line to such an emotional story.[Green3-1] Although it turned out amazing John had his very first doubts in the novel. Mr. Green is also a soccer enthusiast and is a very passionate soccer fan. He has loved Liverpool and had a 53,000 follower fan page for his soccer love and how he followed the sport
