Lee Harvey Oswald was one man with a grudge and a gun. It is reported that Oswald fired three shots from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository (Ziegler). The shot that fatally wounded the president was the third shot taken by Oswald. The second was reportedly the shot that hit the governor. The first shot reportedly missed the limousine completely and hit the curb. If Oswald would’ve been working with someone some kind of evidence would have came about. One thing that supports Oswald acting alone is that during the presidential parade there was a little girl chasing the limousine and she stopped on a dime and looked up at the 6th floor of the Texas School Book Depository (Ziegler). Also if there were another shooter there would have been more bullets or shell casings found to support the idea of another shooter.

The reason that these conspiracy theories are false are because there is a substantial amount of evidence going against Lee that he was the one that killed the president. One part of that evidence is that Lee’s prints were all over the gun that was used in the murder. Another part of the evidence was that there were reportedly three shots fired from the sixth floor of the depository, and three 6.5 mm shell casings were found on that sixth floor matching to the caliber of the gun that Lee owned (John F. Kennedy assassination
