Kennedy’s speech helped America transform into what we are today, such as, negotiating, a new beginning and secure. Kennedy message was to negotiate among everyone. Kennedy states, “Let us never negotiate out of fear. But let us never fear to negotiate.” (Kennedy). This quote explains Kennedy purpose was to negotiate without any fear. Kennedy’s speech is all about new beginnings for this society. Kennedy stresses that the things may not happen fast, but it’s better to have a head start on beginning the problems. “All this will not be finished in the first one hundred days. Nor will it be finished in the first one thousand days, nor in the life of this Administration, nor even perhaps in our lifetime on this planet. But let us begin.” (Kennedy). This quote emphasizes that Kennedy sees that the problems may take a while, however, it’s better to start now than never begin. Kennedy wanted nation to come together and trying to create something good for the world.
