John Decina V. Smith Lumber Case

According to the case, court decision can be easily made as John Decina is personally liable on the contract with Smith Lumber unless he provides sufficient evidence to disclose his agency for Decina Corporation. Moreover, when he filled the credit application, he failed to disclose that he was acting for a principal.
