Anything and Everything Including Rocket Science To be any famous person in all known history is a tough choice, but John Carmack has been an innovative, boundless, and ambitious man who has advanced the world of technology to what it is today. DOOM, Quake, and Wolfenstein, if these games come to mind then you know that they set the stage for modern video games to be developed and it all started with a man named John Cormack. Cormack was the lead developer on most of the games coding, that is the programs that let the game run. He has received many awards for his advances in coding. His innovation into the world of open source coding and video game development lead to these games and what has become one of the latest portions of the entertainment
