John Brake-Personal Narrative

I played the cover of the song in class that a girl sings using the guitar. And no surprise here it reminds me of a past relationship that I had in high school. She was my high school sweetheart and we spend years on and off but we didn’t make it.. But she would still pop into my life every now and then. And request to see me and rekindle feelings although we never got back together. The song is about that exactly. Drake sings about him reaching to a former relationship partner. And requests to see her, so that he can show her that he can still make her laugh just has to call into work and say she is sick. So that they may have an entire day to catch up and have fun together once more.

I then proceeded to show her that with the key that was there on the lock, the lock could be opened without an issue.…

Although it marked the beginning of summer, the night was unusually cool and breezy. As Sarah and Nicky moved past several local shops, the sinfully delectable smell of Maryland crab cakes, charbroiled steaks, and freshly baked desserts engulfed the neighborhood. Across the street, the sound of light jazz flowed effortlessly from Sam's Music Store. Dining alfresco, engaging in conversation, restaurant patrons filled the air with hearty laughter. Window-shopping from one store to the next, couples strolled hand-in-hand along the busy, congested sidewalk.…

The Life of Me From all my years of experience I have learned that the beginning of a novel is, more often than not, similar to how you would great a stranger. You start out with your name, which is often forgotten within the first few minutes of introduction, and on rare occasions, when their face appears trustworthy enough, you might tell them your story. However, I have no name, and I am no one, I am simply me, and so there is no need for you to worry about trying to remember what I am called. I tried names once before, but they all too quickly evaporated like smoke with each decade that blew by.…
