Johannes Kepler Research Paper

Johannes Kepler had an unique life which had many peaks and many valleys, he was born December 27,1571. His childhood was very rough because his parents were very poor and he was a sickly child. Their family had no money for medicine and his illness. Fortunately his intelligence bought him a scholarship to a very nice college. he first wanted to become a theologian. He studied for it but thought that it would be one of his hobbies instead. Then he decided he wanted to become a mathematics teacher. When war broke out in Europe over religion he was exiled because of it. He had to travel various amounts of places like Prague to seek refuges. He was living like an outcast just scraping by. He was inspired by Copernicus ideas with astronomy so he met up with Tycho Brahe, who helped along with his work. From there on he started his research on astronomy. One of the most impotent theories that he made were the three laws of planetary motion. The three laws describe planets like a book. The first one explains that planets have an elliptical orbit around the sun, the second one explains that planetary orbits can change speeds and slow down within the orbit, the third and final law just explains that planets can be compared and contrasted. He made many theories with religion that still coexist today in the bible. He made many theories about lenses, eye depth, and vision. Another innovation that he made was that he helped make a blueprint of the lens now used for microscopic imaging. He wrote many books throughout his life one of them was when he was a math teacher which explained basic calculus. One of his unknown ideas was he was the first one to explain how the moon effected the tides. Then Galileo expanded on that subject.
