As we were told that in this course, we’ll have activities for the purpose of our assessment and also, they’ll be used as a way of teaching, to improve our communication, I thought that it was just the course that I needed and it even proved to be so.

• The biggest learning for me was the understanding of the Johari window model which showed me that I have a hidden personality i.e. I know very well what my strengths and weaknesses are but others don’t know much about me, so I need to be more open and tell others what is so unique about me.
