1.Joel Klippert says he pays himself last, after he pays his vendors and employees. Explain this decision in terms of the principle of business profit. Do you agree with his payment priorities?
Joe Klippert is a small business owner and also is an entrepreneur. In the text, he shows leadership, motivation and organization which are good management skills. In Foundations of Business it states,” employees, suppliers and lenders - must be paid before the owners”(Pride, Hughes and Kapoor). Klippert needs to pay the vendors so that they come with the products on time and give good service. He needs to pay his employees so they will still come to work. This will give him a good reputation.
