We are on this rollercoaster called life. It is not a smooth ride, but one with ups and downs. And it's a struggle because we are temporarily stopped by challenges. Different people face those in different ways. How do would you react to an obstacle? Do you quit? Do you learn from your mistakes and move on?

Well, this speaker Jocko Willink has good advice that I would like to share. He faced his share of challenges but still ended up on top. This is coming from a guy who is a decorated retired Navy SEAL officer. He lead Task Unit Bruiser which is the most highly decorated Special Operations Unit of the Iraq War. Now, he uses this knowledge to coach leadership in his company Echelon Front. With his background, he is a guy you listen to.
