In July 2015, Search Party acquired JobAdvisor, an employer review website. This acquisition, adds value to the Company’s vision of building a platform for connecting employers, recruiters and jobseekers. JobAdvisor provides an online platform for employer to brand their company and candidate to post reviews about their employer. JobAdvisor is a boon for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Search Party’s target clients, as they may not have significant brand value and may face some difficulty in hiring quality candidates. JobAdvisor helps these SMEs market themselves on their online portal, making it easier for candidates to know details of these companies before joining.
