Job Shadowing: Useful For Work Experience

Job shadowing is very useful for work experience because it involves accompanying someone throughout the day and observing what they are doing, this is very useful insight to see how people cope with work load and any interruptions. If there is time, the person who is being shadowed can give a comment on what is happening however this is not practical especially if other people like a customer or a supplier during a negotiation overhears what had been said then a debriefing session would take place which is when they ask the person some questions they need to answer to like for example what exactly did you hear.
