The person I interviewed was Doug Sickelka. Doug works at Sickelka Ag in Sutherland. In this paper I will tell you all about my job shadowing experience. Doug Sickelka has worked at Sickelka Ag for twenty years and is currently the owner of that business. The salary of a job like his starts around forty-thousand dollars and for an experienced agronomist it can be as much as seventy-thousand dollars a year. Doug’s job does include health insurance and a retirement plan. The education that Doug received is an associate degree which he received from Iowa Lakes Community College. For the job you do need continuing education. Unlike other jobs where there are shorter hours agronomists work seventy hours a week. Most if not all agronomists take
