Joan of the arc was born in 1412 in domrémy which is a small village in France she learnt piety domestic skills from her mother never venturing instead took care of the animals and and became quite skilled in seamstress.

In May 1427 Joan began to have mystic visions which was encouraging her to a pious life
Over time they became more realistic having the presence of St. Catharine and St. Michael delegating her as the savior of France motivating her to seek out an audience with Charles.

In 1429 Charles gave 17 year old Joan of the arc full armor and a horse and accompanied the army to Orleans the site of English siege battled between May 4 and May 7 while the French troops took of English fortification. Joan was wounded and returned front
