The dilemma that Jan is facing now is if she is going to inform Steve of the JLT Cincinati’s decision to transfer the local accounting operation to JLT Wichita as a cost saving move. Jan have a tough decision to make, she would have to choose between her company and Steve’s family. As an employee her loyalty should be to her company, she should not tell Steve of the company’s plan.
