We make goals all the time to keep us focused and motivated. However, sometimes we tend to make unrealistic goals just to make us feel better or sometimes we forget to set goals because we are too wrapped up and stressed by our original goals. In this weeks’ article, Joelle Jay taught us how to make smart goals and wise goals. “SMART” means specific, measurable, action-oriented, realistic and time-bound. By writing goals follow the SMART rules, the goals are easier to obtain. The SMART goals are specific, but WISE goals give meaning to these goals which are inspiring and exciting. “WISE” stands for written, integrated, synergistic and expansive.
