Asanas
Each Jivamukti Class startss off at the basic level. During the basic class schedule, students will four week fundamentals course that focuses on a different theme. During the beingin stages of this basic class students are taught how to do asanas. For example, during a four week cours,e sutdents woul itnially learn how to conduct standing asanas on week one, backward bending asanas on week 2 and forward bending asanas on week 3.

This kind of class is designed to teach students how a vinyasa practice works. Vinyasa is a teqneineu of practicing asana. This kind of class follows a set sequence of asanas,, but is typically presented at a slower pace so that beginners can gain the oppruntiy to get the hang of it.

Jivamukti method of meditiation is a mantra form of meditation which is intrcuted in three steps: Seklect your seat, remain still and focus. Mantra provides the focs, with the mantra "Let-Go", the practioner will subeuqntely be instructed to align the ssilent reptition of the mantra that was said, by inhaling and
