Concept of Jeitinho The concept of Jeitinho in Brazil, to describe their way of doing business. As the author Cynthia Fujikawa Nes states in her article, The Brazilian way of doing things, “jeitinho brasileiro", an expression that can be freely translated to "the Brazilian way of doing things”. Jeitinho being a system by which individuals complete things against the acknowledged and ordinary ways, it can be utilized as a part of Brazil to oversee administrative ability by permitting its application inside the working environment where necessary. By assessing the candidates personality and values’ compatibility of corporate culture will help predict performance and retention.
