Born and brought up in an Indian family, and being the eldest child in my family inculcated a lot of qualities in me. Maturity, responsibility, leadership and motivation are to name a few. These values gave me clarity in life and how I saw myself in future. After passing my 10th exams, I opted for a diploma in Engineering rather than the conventional approach of 10+12+graduation. Diploma studies gave me an insight of the entire field and detailed conceptual knowledge about the courses I was about to take in my undergraduate college. Finance is more of an applied subject. The theory makes us familiar to the basic concepts but the real world problems are far more complex compared to the case studies and the problems considered in the books. For that I will try to make the most of the programs and activities provided by the university.
