Jimmy Davis is well known successful businessman from Middle Tennessee. He owns two companies and the CEO of third one.
As mentioned, many people think that to get jobs a person should have must have high level education and good experience in the field. However, many people don’t know the fact that companies are looking for more than that. According to Jimmy Davis “people who get the job done one time are the most desirable people for companies to hire”. For example, one of the best employees he has is an internship student who could manage dealing with a client when they had a problem. In such a case, a normal employee might turn it to his/her boss, however, a great employee will try and make an additional effort
