CM spoke to Jim Warner (IIC) regarding a follow-up on Makaryos (youth). IIC noted he met with youth today, 5/24/17 and youth continues to attend school occasionally. IIC shared with CM youth’s goal for the school year; CM was informed that youth will attend school for the rest of the school year. CM and IIC discussed youth’s investment in therapeutic services. CM noted CM will be out of the office starting Friday, 5/26/17 and will return on Thursday, 6/1/17. CM stated if IIC has any questions or concerns to contact CM supervisor, Alison Scarpignato. CM provided CMS contact information.

    to try to work with “Mr. Johnathan Miller”, but he is a very hard person to work with. We have had numerous scheduled appointments in which majority of them were canceled by Mr. Miller or cut short because he had me meet him at the circuit courthouse in Elkton, MD on the days he had trials.
