The murder of John Fitzgerald Kennedy lead to several people wondering if it was one individual or more involved in the shooting. Lee Harvey Oswald was known to kill the President all by himself. The question is, how can Oswald be the only person that contributed in the killing when there were 3 shots fired? “You probably also know there are hundreds of conspiracy theories about who was behind the assassination, and whether Oswald was the lone gunman or if there was another shooter on the infamous grassy knoll” (Escobedo). Oswald These are reasons and facts on my understanding that Oswald was not the lone assassin, how he was part of a larger conspiracy, and how he was not completely innocent. According to The JFK Assassination, “The FBI told a man to keep quiet about one man, and the other with a gun.” I do not think that Oswald was the lone assassin because in the text a man saw two men, one a railroad worker, and one that looked like a person in a police outfit, and the FBI told that man who saw what was happening to keep quiet about this. My other piece of evidence proves he was not the lone assassin because Ruby had a connection with the police and with Oswald, so that means they were up to something.…

In the book the accidental victim it is stated that on the day of November the 22nd the man that was supposed to be assassinated was John Cornally, the governor of Texas at the time. This book states that Harvey Oswalt was the assassin meaning this book does not revolve around the idea of who killed the president. The reasoning as in why John Cornally was the target that day was because Oswalt felt like he had been betrayed by him. In the book it is stated that Oswalt had no problems with John F. Kennedy, and the book portrays why would Oswalt pick up a riffle and specifically kill the president that day. The main reasoning behind the hatred of conally which according to the book caused the shooting was because when conally was the secretary of the navy he rejected a petition from Oswalt to reverse his dishonorable discharge from the marines.…

The Kennedy Assassination There are many conspiracy theories surrounding the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, (JFK). One of the most prominent, is that lone gunman and communist sympathizer Lee Harvey Oswald, on his own accord, took matters into his own hand and singlehandedly planned and executed the President of the United States of America. Another theory was that Oswald was a pawn in a deadly game of politics and mafia wars and was directed by the powers that be to kill JFK, and in an effort to prevent him from ever exposing the plot, he too was murdered in cold blood. Curiously, the theory that weighs in most heavily is that Lee Harvey Oswald was framed for the murder of JFK. Popular conspiracy theories claimed the “government” was behind it and the murder was in retaliation for a political upset, specifically, the Bay of Pigs conflict in Cuba (Polidoro, 2005).…
