With reference to external recruitment methods, it is utilized to obtain employees with acquired skills which are not possessed by current employees. This method is advantageous in getting a diversity of ideas from people with different backgrounds. These candidates could be found in recent college graduates and technical schools, military personnel, unemployed, and other industries that foster similar skills and attitude.
