The main message that is highlighted in this passage is that Jesus is the fact that Jesus is always in union with God. In addition, Jesus is reiterating the primary message of following in his ways and that if you follow him, you will have eternal life. This passage is trying to teach us that Jesus is the way of life, and that we must listen and understand Christ. We must believe that through him we will love fully and that he is our all-powerful God. In the passage it states, “I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish.
