Jesus of nazareth was born circa 6 b.c at Belen. Her mother was Maria which partner was Joseph, a carpenter. According to the gospel Mathew (2:1) Jesus was born when the Herod the great ruled. When Herod heard about Jesus birth he tried to kill him. Joseph his father was advertised by an angel that they were looking for his son. His father waited at Egypt until Herod died, then he brought the family back to Nazareth, in galilee. At age of 12 Jesus had accompanied his parent to on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem and become separated.
