To achieve quality education for all (SDG 4) in Thailand one needs time, money, resources, information, etc. to develop. JCK does not always have the right amount of time, money, resources, information, etc. to provide quality education for all children around Thailand. For instance, the article from the Pattaya Mail newspaper company written by Underwood talks about ways to help children without education. However, Underwood only mentioned about donating money and items to the organization, he did not bring up anything to do with volunteering in the organization. This shows that the organization does not need physical support but financial support. It also shows that the JCK only has limited ways to achieve in provide education for all children in Thailand. Therefore JCK may not be able to achieve quality education for all (SDG 4) due to the limited resources. Resources that can be used to help support children without education. Furthermore, this is evident in Things Have Changed: Returns to Education in Thailand, the study states that workers with vocational secondary education receive higher wages than workers with general secondary education. It can be inferred that vocational secondary educations are more helpful to lead a happy, comfortable and promising future. JCK did not consider which type of education would help children lead a promising future. Consequently, this would make JCK not achieve quality education for all (SDG 4) due to the limited information on education in Thailand.
