Jessica Martin was born on November 12, 1994. She was born in La Havana, which is the capital of Cuba. Jessica was the middle child of her father and the first baby to her mother. Jessica’s mother found out that she was pregnant when she decided to take a pregnancy test after being late for her period for three months. Not to mention that Jessica’s mother was only nineteen when she found out that she was pregnant with baby Jessie. Jessica's mother and father met in college, he was finishing his career to be a doctor and she was studying to be a registered nurse. Correspondingly, Jessica’s father continued to pursue his career as a doctor while her mother decided that she would be a stay at home mom and raise her child. Jessica and Mauricio were together when she took the pregnancy test and found out that she was going to have a baby. The news wasn’t a shocker because she was already feeling symptoms. Both Jessica and Mauricio were thrilled about the whole idea of having a baby together. Jessica always had a good feeling that Mauricio would be a great father to her baby. Jessica informed her mother that she was pregnant the day after she found out. Jessica’s mother was not upset rather she was actually happy to know that she was going to be a grandmother. Jessica and her boyfriend began to plan everything for their newborn. Together Mauricio and Jessica rented a home and prepared everything for the newborn. As months went by and Jessica's belly got bigger, she decided that it was time to let go of her job and focus on her health for her baby. Thankfully the baby was born healthy on July 23, 2015. In Jessica’s mid-adulthood she found herself in a loving relationship and showing concern about the future since now she had a baby that she was responsible for giving that baby the best life she could give …show more content…
This was seen from birth to 1 year old. Correspondingly Jessica turned into an independent person that made her own decisions with what to wear (one – three years old). Next leading to her to try new things and even when experiencing failure she would not stop until she would achieve her goal (three – six years old). Moreover, as a student in middle school, she participated in a drama class which she learned how to work with others (Industry- six years old to adolescence). As an adolescence, she found out that nursing was her true passion and that she wanted to peruse this career (Identity). During Jessica’s young adulthood she found herself in a loving relationship (Intimacy) with a great man named Mauricio, which she later had a baby girl named Elisabella Manent. Furthermore, Jessica wants to contribute her body to medical students once she passes away (Generatively). To sum up, Jessica really feels satisfied with her life and finds it worth
