Being a boss and being a leader are too different things. It’s not likely to find someone who’s both a good boss or a leader. I’m fortunate enough to know a great leader, her name Jessica Kelly. Miss. Kelly is the Principle at my high school. She has been at the school for 4 years, but it feels like a lifetime. She’s originally from Michigan. She studied elementary education, and taught kindergarten before coming to North Carolina. Being a principle is a hard job, you have to excel in many different skills. Miss. Kelly does this quite well, although the one thing that makes her stand out and makes her a great principle is the fact that she a great leader as well.
