Jesse Jackson's Fight For Equal Rights

Jesse Jackson graduated tenth in his class from high school. From there on he was able to go to college. He went to college on a football scholarship. Originally he attended a school up North, but due to discreet racism and bold, he decided to transfer. At North Carolina Agricultural and Technical(A & T) University he was able to get his start in fighting for equal rights.

Emmett Louis Till, whose nickname was Bobo, was a 14 year old boy from Chicago, Illinois who traveled to Mississippi with his uncle, Moses Wright and cousin, Simeon Wright. Emmett’s goofy personality and the ways of the south did not mix and created much tragedy for thousands.
