R/s there is an eyewitness stating that Jerry strike Erin in the face.
R/s Jerry stated that Erin has a rare form of bipolar and she is off of her psych meds. R/s Jerry took Erin to the ER to be evaluated, Erin then left the ER on foot with Kinsley in her arms. R/s according to Jerry he found Erin 2 ½ blocks from the ER. R/s an Officer observed Erin walking with the toddler in the rain. R/s the Officer stated that Erin was observed to be mentally drain and Jerry’s pupils were extremely dilated and he smelled of alcohol. R/s Jerry admitted to smoking weed this morning. R/s he viewed the camera from the museum, but due to a raindrop he did not see the assault. R/s Erin has no physical injuries, but she taken to the ER to be evaluated, as of now it’s voluntarily. R/s potentially Jerry will be booked and charged if the eyewitness come forth. R/s Jerry called his mother to come get Kinsley, the mother is now on the scene.
