Jerry McGuire is about a young successful sports agent, played by Tom Cruise who has it all: a gorgeous fiancée, the largest clients and respected. Then one night, Jerry realizes what is wrong with the sports agency and tries to change his approach by writing a memo suggesting the company take fewer clients so SMI, the sports agency company would take better care of their customers instead of putting the contacts first.
