Job # 5017 Jerry Lewis Was funny alone as well in the comedy acts with Dean Martin. They became stars on stage and behind the camera. The comedic duo has had a long history together when they started working as performers at the 500 Club. These young adult actors worked their way up during classic Hollywood. Black and white film was the norm and male comedy duo’s like Abbott and Costello, and Martin and Lewis were all the rage. Lewis and Martin would eventually split making appearances individually through out the fifties and sixties. It was with Paramount Studios producer Hal Wallis that signed the duo to appear on the silver screen. The studio is one of the earliest and still one of the most promising studios around.
