[Case # 02-3423 Jerrell C.J appealed and order finding him delinquent for the commission of armed robbery, party to a crime]. Jerrell claims that the trial courts denied his motion to suppress his statement because it was given involuntary, claiming that he only confessed to the crimes because the police officers said if he told the truth he would be able to go home. Jerrell also said that he was not allow contact his parents after several request.) On Sunday May 27 2001 at about 12:18 three young men entered a McDonald’s restaurant in Milwaukee. All three of the boys were wearing a ski mask and had a hand gun, the employees were held a gun point the three young men got away with $3590.
