The book Jeremy Fink and the Meaning of Life is about when Jeremy fink receives a mystery book when he complete his thirteenth birthday. Jeremy’s best friends can’t wait what is inside of Jeremy's box. But Jeremy discovers that the box has a lock on it. In the story, Jeremy ends up trying to open the box and finding every key to open the box because they want to know what is inside the box. In order to open the box Jeremy and Lizzy were going to find the key, but they get into trouble. Because this happens, because they wanted to know what was inside the box so badly, they end up doing community service delivering three special packages.
In chapter 9 they go to do their first job for Mr. Oswald. This is to deliver a small package to a woman named Mabel. When she was little she had sold a copy of Winnie The Pooh that was signed by the author.When the book was signed, Mabel went to a pawnshop and pawned the book because she wanted to buy a …show more content…
Rudolph pwned the lamp and becaused he wanted to buy a silver watch because everyone had one. His mother is so busy in the phone talking to her friends. Her mother had 20 lamps at her house so she would not notice if he misses one of her lamps because she has so many lamps at her house. Than he started to pawn all his mom's things so he could get more silver watches. At the end he only had one fork, one chair. It was important because Mr.Rudolph wanted to buy a silver watch since all his freind has nice watches. It is not special because all Mr. Rudolph friends has nice watches and he is stealing his mom’s lamps. He learn this to the meaning of life by not stealing and pawned at least it is yours so you can pawn your own
