• Jeremiah was in a good mood and Jeremiah’s mother seemed frustrated.
• Jeremiah and his mother listened as the QP provided psychoeducation about anger.
• Jeremiah reported some external triggers are being teased, being reprimanded, or receiving a bad grade in school and some internal triggers are his imaginary friends.
• Jeremiah and his mother commented clenching teeth, screaming, frowning up the face, balling up the fist, and rolling eyes.
• Jeremiah and his mother focused on ways they can calm down by taking calming breaths, backwards counting, pleasant imaging, and muscle relaxing.

Goal 2: Jeremiah will comply with the treatment recommendations of his medical and mental health providers.

• Jeremiah's mother informed the QP the landlord came over to the house and assess the damage then told her that she keeps things from him that is going on with the house.
• Jeremiah's mother reported the landlord said he was going to concrete the whole in the wall in the basement; however, she believes that is not going to stop it from flooding.
• Jeremiah's mother informed the QP her oldest son is sleeping on his wet mattress and she believes there is mold in the walls, so she is worried about the children who sleep down there.
• Jeremiah's mother shared, "I have been her 7 years and water tens of thousands in this house because the landlord refuses to fix certain things.
• Jeremiah's mother listened as the QP shared she has rental rights, but Jeremiah's mother said she was tired of fighting with the landlord she would rather move.
• Jeremiah's mother commented who is going to do all that writing then QP suggested she tell her teenagers to write what she says or let them write it and she reviews
