I got a moniker of being 'the diva,' which I never felt I deserved — which I don't deserve — because I've always been a hard worker, on time, doing what I'm supposed to do, and getting that label because you reach a certain amount of success."

Lopez went on to admit that sometimes she felt "crippled" to voice her opinion. Jennifer said that if a man was late or acting rude toward someone that they would be able to get away with it. Lopez says that she would get a hard time if she was just 15 minutes late for something. This doesn't mean that she is a "diva," but Lopez was simply not always on time, things happen.

— Jennifer Lopez Fans (@BBjlo) May 18, 2016 Jennifer doesn't see anything wrong with her having an opinion or being passionate about things, but she thinks this is held against her sometimes. Jennifer also shared that even though she still wears sexy clothes on stage or in videos, when it comes to being an actress she doesn't see any reason to take it all off like she used to do. This has to do with being a mom and now her feelings have changed. Some actresses don't change the way they do things when they become a mom like Lopez

She had been playing her character for seven years before they went there with it, but she was okay with it because it fit. She shared that she is on CBS, so there is only so much you can take off, but she was fine with it.

Another thing that Jennifer Lopez has been dealing with lately is a rumored feud between her and Mariah Carey. ABC News shared that Mariah is now speaking out about this alleged feud. Carey went on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and tried to share her side of things. Years ago Carey was asked about Jennifer Lopez and she said she didn't know her, but this still keeps coming up. Carey was actually surprised that people are still talking about it years later.

Jennifer Lopez actually said that they have met many times when she was on The Wendy Williams Show recently. Mariah Carey went on to explain to Andy Cohen that she doesn't know Jennifer Lopez. It sounds like the two have met, run into each other now and then, but they are not friends and don't know each other well. There doesn't seem to be any feud, though. They are just two women who both have similar jobs, but don't know each

Portraying black women as Jezebel’s by nature is a long -lasting stereotype. The jezebel stereotype is one that has been used to put down African American women since the beginning of slavery. Throughout history the white women were seen as pure, hardworking and respectable, while black women were always seen as promiscuous, seductive and tempting men. Maria Miller Stewart who was a servant, teacher, abolitionist and women's rights activist shows through her literary work "Religion and the Pure Principles of Molarity, the Sure Foundation on which we Must Build." that black women show the same qualities as any other race of women and that they don't deserve the title of Jezebel. Notable blues singers, such as Ma Rainey, Bessie Smith, and Ida Cox, paved the way for women MCs today to speak out about their experiences of being a black working-class woman. The four categories of women rappers that have emerged are: “Queen Mother,” “Fly Girl,” “Sista with Attitude,” and “The Lesbian.”…

Think about all of the famous names of different pop stars, singers, actresses and models that a person can name off of the top of their head. Now, think of how many of those people can be considered for more than one of those categories. Flexible markets allow for this by letting various companies change their workforce in terms of demand. If a product (in this case a person) is doing well in one market than we can tweak them to sell a similar yet slightly different product to a different market, for maximum profit.…
