Jennifer Lynn Lopez, also known as “J.LO”, whos nationality is american was born on July 24, 1969 at Castle Hill, New York City, NY. She grew up on the bronx in New York, a community where it is rough to live in. She grew up with both parents and her two sisters. She has struggled to be what she is known for today: a dancer, actress, singer, and a producer. Lopez developed her skills at a very young age, at age five she began taking singing and dancing lessons. She was always talked about the importance of work ethic and being able to speak english. Jennifer Lopez parents are Guadalupe Rodriguez and David Lopez and sisters are Lynda Lopez and Leslie Lopez. Her parents have been together a long time but jennifer lopez didn’t follow that in fact, she has been married 3 times. Her first husband was named Ojani Noa they were only married for one year(1997-1998) It is said that they divorced because Lopez choose her career instead of him, Ojani was heart broken. Kat DELuns credits her as an inspiration, “Jennifer helped pave the way latinas like myself. I love her”. Kerry Washington has cited Lopez as the reason for her career, she explained: “i grew up blocks away from Jennifer Lopez. She and i went to the same Boys and Girls club. She was like the dancer who made it big and moved to Hollywood. I don’t know if i would’ve taken a risk in my career if it weren’t for Jennifer”. Kelly Rowland and Kim Kardashian have credited her as a style icon. Nevertheless, she has many plans in the future. She is rumored to be planning a worldwide tour at the end of 2019.
