2. Jennifer E Sipe significantly contributed to the Soldiers, Spouses, and children's quality of life for the HHB since October 2014. Her commitment to both the Joint Base Lewis McCord military community and the 1st BN 94th FAR has had a positive impact on morale. She has served as an active member of the group since 2014. Her commitment to the Battalion improved overall unit cohesion. Her insight assisted the command by providing for the current needs of the HHB 1-94th FAR FRG members as a whole and ensured an easy transition for incoming and outgoing Families and Soldiers.

As a committed volunteer, Mrs. Sipe served as the custodian for the FRG informal funds. Mrs. Sipe was solely responsible for establishing and managing the unit bank account, mainting records and ledgers of all funds as well as transactions. She received, accounted for, and deposited all funds submitted by the FRG. She reported to the Battery Commander monthly the financial status of the account. She brought her maturity and experience to the group and positively affected the morale and esprit de corps necessary to foster a positive Family Readiness Group experience for those involved. In addition to her work with the HHB 1st BN, 94th FAR, Jennifer E. Sipe, advised the Battery Commander on inventive fundraisers, she had an extensive knowledge of the FRG financial program.
