Incorporating technology into a production is beneficial for multiple reasons. Drones can reach and capture footage higher than humans can physically reach with a standard camera. They make it possible to get many different camera angles more efficiently with a better quality. Drones are capable of capturing unique shots, but some shots are still better off shooting with a standard camera. Filmmaking needs a variety of shots from both humans and drones.…

To help teachers integrate technology more effectively into their teaching, professional development around educational technology should be a higher priority for schools and districts, and it needs to be ongoing and collaborative. I will create standards that will met the needs of every school in the district to establish infrastructure of learning new technology inside the classroom. Introducing new technology ideas take effort from the board of education, administrators and faculty members to surpass the standards expectation of educational. However, lack of teacher training in assistive technology often leaves teachers feeling unfamiliar with the technology and lack confidence in their knowledge of assistive technology in order to integrate it into their curriculum. Because assistive technology gives students with disabilities access to curriculum in a variety of ways, teachers must be better qualified to meet the needs of a diverse population. Therefore, current teachers should attend professional development conferences geared towards infusing assistive technology. For new teachers entering the field, universities should add more courses to include not just basic assistive technology but also how to apply assistive technology. Fortunately, I work in a district where funds aren't as difficult to come by…

The first step to establishing an effective technology program, in which all stakeholders have a contribution to the development of the shared vision, is to promote endurance and sustainability by cultivating individuals that can effectively promote change through increasing technology integration. The leader must encourage all parents, teachers and students to work collaboratively. They must use technology to reinforce the achievement of standards mastery in all core content areas, support students’ conceptual understanding and independent application of all core content, and to differentiate the teaching and learning process to accommodate students’ readiness needs, interest, and learning…
