Jonathan Reil reported he was concerned that Jennifer Wagner was physically abusing Brooklyn. Mr. Reil reported that his daughter and Brooklyn are half-sisters and shared the same mother and during a trip to see their mother in San Antonio Brooklyn disclosed the Mr. Reil that she didn’t want to return to her father house because she was terrified of Jennifer Wagner because she hits her. Mr. Reil reported his own daughter verified that she has seen Jennifer slap and choke before. Mr. Reil stated he has spoken to Benjamin before about Jennifer abusiveness to both Brooklyn and Benjamin. Mr. Reil elaborated stated he has seen marks and bruises on Benjamins face and body from Jennifer hitting him but he has never seen any marks on Brooklyn. Mr.
