Conflict grows when the issues that initiated the conflict are not confronted and suppressed to avoid further developments. Therefore, if students are taught to respect and value each other 's opinions they can work together to avoid unnecessary differences in opinion that would provoke feelings of anger or hostility (Peuraca & Vejmelka, 2015). In many inner city schools where populations are diverse, teaching students how to become acceptable of their peer 's values and traditions can help avoid conflicts of interest. School teachers equipped with proper training can help students learn to embrace the benefits of their peer 's
