According, to the FBI there are approximately 25 to 50 serial killers throughout the U.S and Jeffery Dahmer was one of them. He was born in West Allis, Wisconsin on May 21,1960. He was the first born of two sons, when he was 3 before his fourth birthday he was diagnosed with double hernia. He was frightened by not knowing what was going on and had to follow through with an operation. The experience of a complete stranger exploring his body marked his subconscious forever.
