Jeffrey Dahmer: Serial Killer

Dahmer had tried to preserve the body parts as a type of trophy, but also to satisfy his cannibalistic cravings. His last way of killing was done in the same way as above, luring people to his house with the promise of money in exchange for pictures, but this time he tried to turn his victims into a submissive puppet.
On April 7, nineteen year-old Errol Lindsey was the next person to fall into Dahmer’s hands. The difference between Lindsey and Dahmer’s other victims was that Lindsey was straight. When Dahmer brought Lindsey to his house he had drugged him. This time though, Dahmer had drilled a hole through Lindsey’s skull and began to fill his head with hydrochloric acid. This led him to getting a dog to take his mind off the move and make him feel better. When he turned six his mother gave birth to his brother and allowed Jeffrey to name him, giving him the name David. After David was born, Jeffrey did not pay much attention to David which never allowed them to become close. When Jeffrey turned ten his mother was put into the hospital and treated for anxiety. This is about the time where his parents’ marriage started to crumble. They became more argumentative and tense towards one another. As he grew up he his interest in animals had evolved and he became more interested in the corpses of animals. He would search the side of the road to obtain these animals and collect them. When he found the bodies he would go out into the woods and dissect the bodies. He would decapitate the animals, bleach their bones, and on one instance he nailed the body of dog carcass to a tree and then proceeded to put its head on a stake. An old friend of his stated that he would dismember the corpses, put the parts in jars, and then store them in the tool shed at his house. As Dahmer went through high school he knew that he was having a hard time fitting. So he first started to drink to try and get his peers to notice him, deviating from the norm. This led to his fellow students to see him as a deviant and therefore continuing to write off Dahmer. This is the opposite of what Dahmer wanted; he tried to get the attention of his peers but failed and instead led them to avoid him even more. This led Dahmer to try and become the class clown to make the other students life and like him. He did this by screaming through the halls and acting out. This led to some of his peers laughing at him but the routine soon got old and things went back to the way they were. Which then led to Dahmer growing distant from the other
