Jedi Lightsaber

In a galaxy far, far away, lived a man with his wife, son, and daughter. He had tried to learn the ways of a Jedi, but couldn’t overcome his anger and attachment to worldly possessions. He ran away from the force to a small planet on the far end of the galaxy and opened an inn for intergalactic travelers passing through the area.
When his son was only ten, he entered his bedroom to see the child had found his old Jedi lightsaber. Before he could get it away from him, the boy activated it. Startled, the boy dropped it, and the saber cut his arm and chest, resulting in a defined scar.
The father was furious and locked the lightsaber away, telling his son he’d never be good enough to be real Jedi. Disheartened, the boy was set on becoming one

Wars between the Republic and the Sith Lords had kept travelers from visiting the planet. They were struggling to earn enough to survive.
One day a stranger entered the inn and asked for a room to stay. He took out a bag of coins and set it on the table, so he could pay for the room. The couple was amazed at how much the man had with him.
The daughter showed the stranger to his room and once they were alone. He revealed to her that he was her long lost brother. He showed her his scar as proof and said he hadn’t made it as a Jedi but had become a successful trader in the galaxy. He had come to take his family away from the planet. He told her not to tell his parents, because he wanted to surprise them tomorrow when the ship arrived to take them away.
During the night, the father unlocked the drawer where he kept his old lightsaber. With his wife by his side, they snuck into the visitor's room and cut off his head. The wife snatched the coin purse while her husband hid the body. He noticed the scar on the man’s body. He called for his wife, and it was then they realized the stranger had been their son.
