Goal 1: Jeda will improve her impulse control.
• Jeda was sleep when the QP arrived for the session; however, Jeda’s mother woke her up to engage in treatment.
• Jeda’s mother commented she was supposed to work today; however, she decided to call out of work, so she doesn’t go back until Wednesday.
• Jeda’s mother reprimanded Jeda for putting on the same clothes she had on Monday when the QP met with him in additional Jeda did not wash up or brush her teeth.
• Jeda accepted redirection and went back into her room and changed her clothes.

• Jeda commented she knows what it takes to run a home such as cooking, cleaning, and taking care of the kids.
• Jeda’s grandmother shared Jeda has been put in certain predicaments where has had to take care of the house, but Jeda’s mother stated Jeda has helped her out when she is experiencing difficulties; however, she still has to go back over the chores Jeda does.
