Emily didn’t seem like your average ordinary girl, she was enthusiastic and very sassy. She would act like she had everything, but in reality she didn’t.Her mom was poor and didn’t have a lot of money, but she still thought she was “all of that”. She had two best friends, the oldest named Jazzy, who had a lot of attitude problems and the second oldest named Kristina, who was very shy, but once you got to know her she was really nice.

It was Tuesday, december the 21st, and Emily and her friends Kristina and Jazzy were sitting at a table in the cafeteria. Jazzy and Kristina were bragging to Emily about how they were going to get the new gamma blues 11’s that came out the next day. Kristina got up and went to go to the lunch line. Emily started getting upset because she wanted to get them too, so she could be like them. Jazzy told Emily “Why don’t you just get your mom to get them for you?” Emily replied and said “My mom doesn’t make enough money to get them and she still has to pay our bills.”

And Kristina said that she had no right to just get mad at her over some shoes. So Kristina started to feel bad because she didn’t mean to hurt Emily’s feelings like that. Because she knows she gets irritated easily, but she didn’t mean to go off on Emily yesterday. So she apologized to Emily and said “I’m sorry Emily I didn’t mean to hurt your feelings the way I did, hope you understand and can forgive me..” Emily gave Jazzy a hug and said “It’s okay all I wanted was just to have my best friend back.” And they all hugged and said we’ll never argue/ get mad over something that’s dumb or if we know we’re over exaggerating.
