Honesty is Far More Important
"Honesty is the fastest way to prevent a mistake from turning into a failure" (Altucher).
This quote can be related to Jay Wild's testimonies in the numerous consequences it has brought due to his constant changes. Jay has been inconsistent from the time he was first interviewed by investigators, to the time he testified at trial. He's lack of integrity makes the case difficult to understand. Especially when the only substantial evidence fails to account for his version of the story. When comparing and contrasting the call log to Jay Wild's testimony at trial, I found several corresponding evidence. However, for the most part, these

Jay's location at the time he claimed he was at Jenn's house, the call to Nisha and the time he said to have picked
Adnan up from track practice, convinced me that Jay fabricated his testimony.
In contrast to Jay's claim of arriving at Jenn's house at the time giving, the call log placed him near Downtown Baltimore. After two interviews (in which none of Jay's stories were consistent) Jay testified at trial. Jay tells a completely different story than the one he told investigators during his previous interviews. He claimed of going to Jenn's house around 1 p.m. but Jenn was still at work. Jay adds that he played video games with Jenn's brother for about 30 minutes. Later, both Jay and Jenn's brother went shopping together. Once they [Jay and Jenn's brother] return to Jenn's house, she was already home. On the contrary, the call log shows that the phone was being used to call "Jenn Home". It would be unusual for Adnan to call Jenn since he
Garcia Perez 2 has not have any reason to call her because they have never met before that day (Adnan does not know Jenn). With that being said, I am certain that this particular call was made by no other

The biggest problem that I have with this case is Casey Anthony’s behavior during the time period that Caylee was reported missing. Caylee Anthony was missing for around 30 days with the help of police. Casey also says that during the time period was living her daily life and seems not to care that much about her daughter. Casey on more then on occasion was seen out and drinking. She couldn’t have cared that much about her daughter’s whereabouts if she is drinking and having a good time.…

Not only that but the only person who claims to have seen him in that time frame “called one of the prosecutors in… the case…and undermined her own statement” proving his actual location was unknown at the time. It is unusual that Adnan would not remember anything about this crucial day because he received a phone call from the police. He says he does “remember that phone call and [he does] remember being high at the time” but continues to deny remembering anything else because the day was “normal”, but, receiving a phone call from the police does not seem very normal and most people would remember the events leading up to it. Another reason why Adnan is legally at fault is because he…

The second reason I think Adnan must be innocent is because there are too many inconsistencies that Jay provides during his testimony while being interviewed by the police. Jay provides many stories, which sometimes do not match up to Adnan’s story or to the stories he provides. There were many inconsistencies that did not make sense, of which I will share the 3 that I found most important, which you can find in episode 4 called “Inconsistencies". The…

Even with all of this in mind, the court sees him as the main suspect and is not dissuaded by his normal persona. They pin him as Hae Min Lee’s killer by using the jealous boyfriend stereotype. It is also bad for his case when there are phone records and accounts of him acting strange on the day of her murder. Jay seems to be the only one that has a story that is sound enough to have Adnan as the main suspect.…
